How do I order the items I want ?.....
I can't find an Order Form page.
When you have found something you want to purchase all
you need to do if click on one of the e-Mail Icons to send an
eMail to our sales team. List the items you want to purchase,
AND your delivery address to allow us to quote incl delivery.
AND Don't forget the SIZES you require !!

By the way... we will be adding a standard "order form" page
to the re-designed web site which should make things easier.

Where do you list Postage and packing Charges..
I want to buy some items from you but want to know
how much I will pay for delivery before I order ?
Of course you want to know the TOTAL charge before
you commit to an order.....
BUT.. We need to know where you are and what you want
to order before we can quote incl delivery...
after all the WWW is International ... and delivery charges
are based on weight of shipment and the Destination.

What do I do if the item I purchase is not what I want ?
Quite simply every item listed on these pages is covered
by our unconditional 30 day warranty (unless otherwise stated).
We don't ask any questions... the item doesn't even have to be
faulty... if you don't like the COLOUR... if you are not happy
Return it !!!.. there is no fuss... all you do is:
contact us telling us why you are returning the item to us...
pack it well and send it back to us..
asking for a Replacement or Refund of the purchase price.
Note: Returns must be sent Carriage paid to us... We pay Return
carriage to you if required...we can't be fairer than that

Is the stuff you sell any good.. ?
It's so cheap it CAN'T be... What's the Catch ?
There isn't one... We believe in buying in LARGE Quantities
and selling QUICK at minimum profit margin...
We would rather sell 1000 items at Ł1 GBP profit that
100 items at Ł10 GBP profit...
we get 1000 happy customers who will return to shop with
us time after time !!
After all the BEST form of advertising is
Word of Mouth or Personal recommendation.

OH yes... Of course the "stuff is Good"
we wouldn't have many happy customers if we sold Rubbish !

Why don't you open a place near me?
I have lots of friends that would love to visit a shop like yours
And...
Have you got an agent in " insert YOUR country " ?
We would love to have depots all over the UK but could not possibly stock
them. Regular shoppers will know the Biggest problem they face is getting
the items they want WHEN they want them !!
For YEARS we have been telling customers
"Once sold we cannot re-order... Very Few Remaining... etc etc"
and we mean it... MOST of the items we sell are SURPLUS to the needs
of the UK Government Departments... they may have 10, 100 1000 or 10000
of the items but once sold the Government are not going to purchase more
just so we can sell them at a fraction of their cost... (or are they ?)

The answer to the second question is this same as the first. Sorry !

The Moral is... If you see it and want it.... GRAB IT !!

number... Where are you and are you on the phone ?
The addresses, phone numbers, FAX numbers, Opening times, email addresses
etc etc are all grouped together on our INFORMATION PAGE ...but in brief..

Can I pay by Credit Card ?
We get asked this all the time... and the answer depends on WHERE you are..
WHY... Simple... Credit Card Fraud is everywhere on the WWW..
Fraud causing loss to us as well as YOU our customers !
It is so bad that the Credit Card companies refuse to Guarantee payments above
the sellers "floor limit" made across International borders
SO.. if we can't physically HOLD the card and get the holder to SIGN the slip
and check the Signature how do we know you are who you say you are !!
It can take weeks for cards stolen in one country to be notified to other countries
(if ever)... and since it is so easy to order via the web the card companies have
basically given up and left the RISK with us the seller... and we have been caught
out too many time to let it continue... we would soon be out of business !!
Inside the UK is no problem... a stolen card is identified within seconds once the
holder has notified the card company it's been stolen...
So... for UK customers we can accept VISA and MASTERCARD payments upto
the maximum credit allowed on your card but for Overseas Customers please
contact us... we will check to see if payment by card is possible and
direct you to our SECURE ORDERING FACILITY.

There are of course alternatives... bank transfer for one... Totally SECURE to both
us and you... we don't even need to know the name of your bank !

Can I pay in US Dollars ?

How much does it cost in US Dollars including delivery ?
Sorry... NO... We can only accept payment in GBP (Pounds Sterling) at the moment.
Why?.. We could "load" our prices to include a markup to allow for
currency fluctuations but refuse to do so. After all why should one customer
be forced to pay for another customers convenience ?
OK... we realize you need to know exactly how much something is going to cost
in a currency you are used to... BUT please realize currency rates change every
day... and WE cannot possibly keep in touch with the ever changing rates, but
thanks to XENON Labs the task of getting accurate costs is quite easy..

Will you please send me your catalogues ?
Colour catalogues are high cost items which we usually produce annually in the 1000's.
The stock they contain has to be available for the duration of the catalogue and due to the
rate of turnover of stock we can only produce catalogue for our Clothing and Tents divisions.
In addition, these catalogues are a copy of the respective web sites... THIS ONE and
www.tentsplus.co.uk and are intended for customers who do not have web access...
in fact the web sites are more up to date as we can add and delete the contents daily.
If you want a copy of the current catalogues please feel free to ask... the catalogues are free
but we do ask you to pay postage... simply send an addressed A4 envelope with 48p postage
(or 3 IRC's (International Reply Coupons.. from a Post office) if you are Overseas) to...
